The Caroline Thorn Kissel Summer Environmental Studies Scholarship aims to promote environmental studies. This is open to college students, graduate students, Ph.D. candidates, or non-degree-seeking applicants above the high school level. Applicants must be either: a) residents of New Jersey studying in New Jersey or elsewhere, or b) nonresidents of New Jersey pursuing study in the state or its surrounding waters. Two letters of recommendations are required. Applications must be submitted electronically or sent by mail to be received at GCA Headquarters in New York City.
