The Major Don S. Gentile Scholarship is for high school seniors at any public or private secondary school who will be attending an accredited campus-based college or university program in the United States. A recommendation letter from a member of the community, not associated with the applicant's school, is required. Proof of college enrollment must be provided prior to issuing the scholarship award check. Recipients are required to submit a photo upon notification.
