The Maurizio A. Gianturco Scholarship will be awarded to a student studying abroad in Italy and majoring in fine arts, liberal arts, language or architecture. Students studying through Boston University are preferred. Applicants must have an active NIAF Membership. NIAF memberships are valid for one year from the date of registration. Students may use their parent, guardian or grandparent's membership. Applicants must be enrolled in a US accredited institution of higher education for the Fall 2023 semester. To be considered Italian American, the student must have at least one ancestor who has immigrated from Italy.
